Cordeel’s first project in Serbia saves time and money for client

Game East decided to open a factory for producing metal parts for pharmaceutical machines in Vrsac, one of the nerve centres for the pharmaceutical industry in Serbia. Capitalising on Cordeel Group experience, the project was successfully executed while saving the client time and money.

Engineering solutions for project optimisation

On our first project in Serbia, we delivered a unique cost-effective construction approach that instantly set us apart from the competition. We did this by implementing a set of engineering solutions that enabled us to build with higher quality materials and to execute building operations in a shorter timeframe. The result was a significant improvement to the functionality, maintenance and aesthetics of the completed space.

Better, cheaper, faster

Due to the span of the main beams, we presented a precast concrete reinforced grate as a better solution than type A precast concrete main beams. Our solution weighed 10 tons less and provided more space for the installation systems. Using less mechanisation for lifting the grate in place not only saved time and money but made assembly operations easier and safe
